SDValues does not have a user account system. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles. All features of our website—including the item database, trade calculator, and price history—are freely accessible without creating an account or providing any personal information.

This means we have no database of user information because there simply isn't any to store.

If you interact with our Discord community, that activity is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any information you share on Discord is between you and Discord—we don't have access to or store any Discord user data on our servers.

If you choose to submit value updates or trade proof through our Discord server, that's done through Discord's platform, not through SDValues directly. We don't collect or store personal information from these submissions—we only use the trade data itself (item names, values, etc.) to update our database.

Since SDValues does not collect any personal information from anyone, we are naturally compliant with children's privacy regulations including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Users of all ages can access our website without providing any personal data.

SDValues respects international privacy regulations including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and similar laws. However, since we don't collect, process, or store any personal data, most data protection requirements simply don't apply to us.

There's no personal data to access, correct, delete, or port—because we never collected it in the first place.

Like most websites, our web hosting provider may maintain standard server logs for security and operational purposes. These logs might include IP addresses and request information, but we don't access, analyze, or use this data. It's handled entirely by our hosting infrastructure and is subject to their privacy practices.
